DEPOSITS
We ask for one night's payment of your stay as a deposit which if you book online will be taken through our secure automated payments system.
Confirmation of your reservation will be emailed on receipt of payment / deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel with less than 14 days' notice, the full amount will be due unless we are able to re-let the room.
If you cancel with more than 14 days' notice there will be no further cost to you.
If you need to cancel please contact as soon as possible.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover your costs if a cancellation is unavoidable.
